SethYuikora: BN was diverse enough to allow for everyone in the world to have a Navi, and thereby, a place in an RP. It had a more wide-reaching, openness to it than Pokemon did, as the Net was life, and not having a Navi meant not being connected.

SethYuikora: Alternatively, you have Pokemon games, shows, etc. where you'd run across people who had no reason to own Pokemon. Didn't train them, or were too young to do so. "just a shop-keeper" or something.

Rippah Roo'Jizah: Oh BN world, where anything can be done and also go wrong.
May 15, 2015 17:29:55 GMT
Rippah Roo'Jizah: Well, I guess aside from Hub.

Rippah Roo'Jizah: To a lesser extent, the closest the anime got was Cross Fusion, which is to Battle network what Spirit Evolution was to Digimon.
May 17, 2015 14:35:57 GMT
SethYuikora: Right, I remember that. I'm actually fairly certain I'm mixing up my Starforce and Battle Network now anime now.

SethYuikora: Only watching one or two episodes at random points in each series will do that to ya.
May 22, 2015 13:30:02 GMT
Rippah Roo'Jizah: Just so people know I still pop up here from time to time.
Sept 11, 2015 22:40:02 GMT
SethYuikora: Yes, I too pop up. Just been waiting for things to get rolling. If you're ever down for an RP run, just let me know and I'll see what I can come up with.
